Thank you for your interest in joining the New Oxford Junior Baseball board of directors.

The NOJB Board is currently seeking volunteers to fill the following roles. Please note that these roles are a 1-year term.

Uniform Director
• Prepare specs for uniforms and facilitate all uniforms and hats.
• Submits any material, designs, composition and quotes to the board for approval
• Forward all invoices to the Treasurer for payment.
• Undertake any other such duties as requested by the Board.

Fundraising Coordinator
• Responsible for all fundraising duties as directed by the Board.
• Duties may include, but not be limited to, arranging, organizing, executing fundraisers for the League.
• Any fundraising up to 250 requires board approval
• Forward all invoices and monies to the Treasurer.
• Undertake any such other duties as requested by the Board.

Sponsorship Manager
• Responsible for all league sponsorships as directed by the Board.
• Activities may include, but not be limited to, preparing, and sending out sponsorship letters and
obtaining signs.
• Forward all invoices and monies to the Treasurer.
• Undertake any such other duties as requested by the Board.

Concessions Coordinator
• Responsible for all snack shack duties as directed by the Board.
• Duties may include, but not be limited to, purchasing inventory up to two-hundred and fifiy($250)
dollars,
• Ensure Concession Stand is open when two or more fields are in use for home games.
• Obtain/maintain and Board of Health permit that may be required.
• Forward all invoices and monies to the Treasurer.
• Undertake any such other duties as requested by the Board.

Player Agent
• Direct and organize player assessment days.
• Schedule or organize all practices and games
• Oversee proper placement of players into leagues and onto teams.
• Bring disputes over player placement to the attention of the Board for resolution.
• Handles parental concerns regarding player placement.
• Supervise/assist the division Liaisons in the performance of their duties
• Make every effort to ensure that the Directors and Coaches are fully versed in safety standards.
• Undertake any other such duties as requested by the Board.

Registrar
• Manages on-line registrations.
• Facilitates and promotes registration process .
• Undertake any other such duties as requested by the Board.
